The next Good $ense Seminar will be held
Friday, February 29 from 7-10pm and Saturday, March 1, 9am-3:30pm at FBC Georgetown.

The Good $ense ministry of First Baptist Church of Georgetown
seeks to offer solid, Biblically-based teaching and practical, easy-to-use tools for developing healthy, God-honoring, financial habits. The goal of Good $ense is to help every follower of Christ to understand their need to align their financial lives in accordance with Biblical principles and to experience the peace and joy that results from so doing.

The Bible talks extensively about money and possessions. These topics are among the most heavily emphasized in Holy Scripture. Clearly, this area is important to God. The Good $ense ministry seeks to serve every member of the body of Christ by providing from a Biblical perspective an avenue for:

• resisting the powerful force of the culture,

• understanding the heart and mind of God, and

• promoting life change through teaching financial freedom.

Ultimately, the Good $ense ministry seeks to help every Christian (regardless of chronological or spiritual age) to learn, understand, accept, and implement their God-given responsibilities to be a “good and faithful steward” of the
time, talent, and treasures with which God has so richly blessed us … that we might be personally pleasing to Him and that we might join with Him in the furtherance and the growth of His Kingdom.

The entire Good $ense team welcomes you and encourages you to become a part of a Good $ense seminar or workshop in the near future … to learn the “what”, “when”, “where”, “why”, and “how” of God-honoring, Kingdom-building, Christian stewardship. To God be the glory!
