All-Stars Kids Church & Jr. Kids Church
Currently on hiatus for the summer, All-Stars and Jr. Kids Church offer a place for kids to worship while their parents attend "big church." All-Stars is for 1st-5th graders, meets in the Rec Center, and is taught by committed and creative leaders who relay God's truth though biblical teachings, interactive dramas, puppets, fun games, and object lessons. Jr. Kid's Church is for 4 and 5 year olds where they will enjoy age-appropriate crafts, worship, puppets, and a Bible lesson. Both groups meet every Sunday at 11am, except for the first Sunday of the month, where the children are encouraged to attend "big church" with their families.
AWANAs
Also on hiatus for the summer, AWANAs is for 3 year olds to 2nd graders and consists of Bible Learning, Missions, and Games. Stay tuned for details on the Fall kickoff.
Extended Session
Extended Session occurs during Sunday morning worship hours (9:40-11am and 11-12:15pm) and provides loving and safe childcare for children from birth to three years old while their parents attend worship. Parents who make use of Extended Session are kindly asked to also volunteer as part of the rotation, which averages to 3-4 Sundays per year.
FBC Weekday Education Center
The FBC Weekday Education Center provides a safe and fun place for your children either 2 or 3 days a week over 9 months. Learn much more at www.fbcjunglewalk.com. During the summer, contact Deborah Henderson at dhenderson@fbcgt.org
Kid's Praise Club
Also on hiatus for the summer, Kid's Praise Club is a fun way to learn about Jesus as well as basic music fundamentals. The Praise Club is divided into 3 age groups: Preschool, Kindergarten-2nd grade, and 3rd-5th grade. It features Bible lessons, age-appropriate songs, and fun activities.
Life Groups / Pathway
Life Groups provide biblical instruction to kids from birth-5th grade at 8:30am or 9:40am every Sunday morning. Pathway is for 1st-5th graders at 9:40am every Sunday where children are taught in a multi-dimensional learning style through drama, art, cooking, science, computers, and games, rotating each week to a new workshop to learn the Bible lesson in a different way.
Upward Basketball and Cheerleading
Upward is an evangelistic sports ministry that shares the love of Christ to children and their families. For boys and girls Pre-K through 6th grade, On hiatus until the fall.
