Tuition
Couples: $30 (share a single book)
Singles: $20
Alumni: Free
(Note: Alumni must register for each course they attend to reserve a seat.)
Scholarships may be available in the future.

Refreshments
Snacks and drinks will be provided during breaks. IMPORTANT: Each student must bring a “sack lunch” on Saturday as the teaching of the course will continue during a “working” lunch.

Equipment
Bring Good $ense Budget Course Participant’s Guide (provided when course registration payment accepted), all pre-work for the course, paper, pen / pencil, and a battery-powered calculator

Childcare?
No child care will be provided. Affected students must make their own arrangements in this regard.

Prerequisites
Course pre-work is both vital and extensive. Completion of all pre-work before the beginning of the first class of the course on Friday is essential.

Instructors

Chip & Emma Jean Dishinger

Chip Dishinger is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and was the Division Manager of the same company for 26 years. He has taught Biblical financial principles for over 20 years. His application of those principles enabled him to retire at 57 so he and Emma Jean can use their gifts in ministry to help others.

Emma Jean received a B.S in Nursing from Florida State University and a M.A. degree from New York University After teaching nursing she “retired” to be a stay at home Mom. She has been married to Chip for 41 years. During those years she has managed the family budgeting plan and has co-taught with Chip.

Mike Jindra is a graduate of Rice University and served in the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Army for 30 years. He has counseled using Biblical financial principles for over 27 years. He and his wife, Ann, applied those principles to their own family finances enabling him to retire at 49. He now serves as a Trustee for several multi-generational trusts and uses that experience to help others understand, accept, and implement God’s role for them as trustees of all the time, talent, and treasure with which He has blessed them.
