What Happens at a Military Support Group Meeting?

Prayer for those on active and inactive duty.

Notes and letters of encouragement are written to those currently serving stateside and abroad.

Guest speakers include veterans, chaplains, and recent tour returnees, with a positive perspective - things you won’t hear in the national news.

Special package mailings during holidays.

Military Support Group Mission Statement

First Baptist Church Georgetown greatly appreciates the dedicated service of our military men and women who are defending freedom at home and abroad.The Military Support Group’s purpose is to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support and encouragement to the families of military personnel involved in every branch of service. Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month, 7:00 p.m. in the choir room.
